Throughout her career, Lupe has had the privilege of learning alongside and engaging with some of the most influential thinkers and leaders of our time from global statesmen and policymakers to prominent investors and builders of enduring institutions. These experiences, alongside exposure to leaders such as the Oracle of Omaha and other stewards of long-term capital and or policy, have helped shape her philosophy: disciplined, values-anchored, and deeply oriented toward sustainability and trust.
