Guadalupe "Lupe" Catarina Rodriguez works at the frontier where power, purpose, and human potential converge.

Her path is shaped by a rare continuity between service and strategy. She began in bilingual and special needs education, grounded in the belief that dignity, access, and human development are the foundations of any thriving system. That commitment carried into public service, where she worked across two United States presidential administrations gaining an early understanding of how policy, capital, and institutions intersect to shape opportunity at scale.
Today, her work moves fluidly across global investing, governance, and culture, guided by the conviction that institutions are living systems, shaped as much by intention and integrity as by strategy and scale. As Chief Strategy Officer of a global single-family office, she engages with capital as a steward, aligning resources with long-term vision, responsibility, and consequence across private markets. She also serves as Chairman of a venture capital fund and sits on several boards and advisory groups, where she approaches governance as both discipline and duty.
Beyond markets, she is the Founder and Chairman of the Good Governance Institute, where she convenes families, investors, and leaders to engage with the deeper questions of stewardship, succession, and institutional integrity. Through initiatives such as Good Gals & Good Guys, she builds communities that expand voice, agency, and pathways to power for women across generations and geographies.
